We believe yoga should be as fresh and inspiring as the world around us. Our Community Pop-Up classes take the practice out of the traditional studio and into the heart of our neighborhood. From local parks and breweries to quiet garden spaces, these classes are designed to build connection and celebrate movement in a welcoming, open-air environment.
These sessions are built for every BODY. Whether you are unrolling your mat for the first time or the thousandth, our flows are accessible, intentional, and adaptable. We focus on mindful movement that supports your nervous system, helping you transition from the “hustle” of daily life into a state of grounded calm—all while enjoying the unique energy of our local community.
FAQ
Q1: How do I find out where the next pop-up is?
A: We announce all locations and times on our Instagram and via our email list. Since we “pop up” in different spots around town, be sure to check the schedule 24 hours before class for any final location details or weather updates.
What do I need to bring with me?
A: Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, and any props (like blocks or a towel) you enjoy using. If we are outdoors, we recommend wearing layers and bringing sun protection or a hat.
What happens if there is bad weather?
A: For outdoor pop-ups, we always have a “rain date” or an indoor backup location. If a class needs to be moved or rescheduled due to weather, you will receive an email notification at least two hours before the start time.
