Join us for a morning of mindful movement under the wide North Dakota sky. This session is designed for every body, focusing on breathwork to calm the nervous system and gentle, intentional flows to release tension. Whether you are a long-time practitioner or stepping onto a mat for the very first time, come exactly as you are. We’ll spend 75 minutes grounding our energy, finding our strength, and having a little fun along the way. Please bring a mat, a water bottle, and an open heart. We can’t wait to move with you!
